Inspired by Terry's love for birds and protecting the land, Terry's Fields is a fund established to ensure the protection of acres of grassland habitat for Bobolinks and other species in New Hampshire. Beginning with Terry's own fields in Etna, this fund will be used for the conservation, maintenance, and care of fields. The fund will also be used to educate other New Hampshire farms about the shrinking habitat of grassland birds and encourage delayed mowing of hayfields.
